Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Crown of Peng.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made from Crown of Peng. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Crown of Peng

Crown of Peng is a UK online retailer specialising in CBD, hemp and related products.

Our business and contact information is available through our website.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase age-restricted products from Crown of Peng.

By placing an order for an age-restricted product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity before accepting or dispatching an order.

We may cancel an order where satisfactory age verification cannot be completed.

Purchasing age-restricted products on behalf of anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

3. Our Products

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product photographs, descriptions, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

CBD and hemp are natural products. Products such as flower, rosin and resin extracts can therefore vary between batches in colour, appearance, aroma, consistency and other natural characteristics.

Natural variation does not necessarily constitute a product defect.

4. CBD Products

Products sold by Crown of Peng are selected and supplied for sale in accordance with applicable UK requirements.

CBD products are not medicines unless expressly authorised as such and must not be regarded as being intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any instructions or warnings supplied with them.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Placing an item in your basket does not reserve that product.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may offer an alternative product, replacement, store credit or refund for the unavailable item.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Applicable delivery charges and other charges will be displayed before you submit your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel an affected order where appropriate.

7. Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained within that order.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • Payment cannot be authorised;
  • An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
  • Required age verification cannot be completed; or
  • Fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.

Where payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Orders may be withheld until payment and any necessary verification have been completed.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched in accordance with our separate Shipping Policy.

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

10. Change-of-Mind Returns

Your rights to cancel an online purchase are governed by applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights, including goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the relevant statutory exemption applies.

Where a statutory cancellation right does apply, Crown of Peng will honour that right.

Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy provides further information.

11. Faulty Products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please inspect your order promptly after receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if you believe something is damaged, defective or incorrect.

We may ask for photographs, video or other reasonable information to help diagnose a reported problem.

Depending upon the circumstances and your statutory rights, a resolution may include:

  • Troubleshooting;
  • Replacement parts;
  • Replacement of the product;
  • Repair where appropriate;
  • Partial refund; or
  • Full refund.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy restricts your statutory rights.

12. Vape Devices & Batteries

Electronic vaping devices and batteries must be used, charged and stored according to their manufacturer’s instructions.

Customers are responsible for using compatible chargers, batteries, cartridges and accessories.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, modification, improper charging, unsuitable accessories or failure to follow supplied instructions will not normally constitute a manufacturing defect.

Stop using any electronic product immediately if it becomes damaged, unusually hot or otherwise appears unsafe.

13. Responsible Use

Products purchased from Crown of Peng must only be used for their intended lawful purposes.

You must not use our website or products:

  • For any unlawful purpose;
  • To supply age-restricted products to minors;
  • In a manner that infringes another person’s rights;
  • Fraudulently or abusively; or
  • For unauthorised commercial resale where an applicable licence, registration or authorisation is required.

We reserve the right to refuse service where we reasonably believe our website or products are being misused.

14. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and current.

Occasionally information may contain errors or omissions concerning prices, descriptions, photographs, availability, promotions or specifications.

We reserve the right to correct such errors.

15. Intellectual Property

The Crown of Peng name, logos, crown artwork, Pengking character, packaging designs, product photography, graphics, website content and other original creative material are owned by Crown of Peng or used under appropriate permission.

These materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior permission.

16. Third-Party Services

Our store may rely upon third-party providers for services including payments, website hosting, e-commerce functionality and delivery.

Where appropriate, use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

17. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection legislation.

Information may be processed where necessary to operate our store, fulfil orders, process payments, prevent fraud, perform age verification and provide customer support.

18. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, Crown of Peng will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract was formed or for losses arising from misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including postal disruption, severe weather, transport interruption, governmental action, regulatory changes or network failures.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our website, products, business or applicable law.

The version applicable when an order is placed will normally govern that order.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and contracts between you and Crown of Peng are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

23. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms or an order, please contact Crown of Peng using the contact details displayed on our website.
